He was assigned to mother and nurture Night Rage during his early stages of life.
Night Rage stole his assigned FMUM-t02 on his escape from CEBWRAD Lab Site 080.
Night Rage gave his own blood and manipulated the unit over years to create a Second Gen OBO.
